Cinemas in the South of England have been set to begin showing the third season of the hit drama, which sees Charlie Hunnam return to his family’s hunting grounds in the American West, with his estranged wife, Sophie Turner, and her new son, Nick.
The series will be filmed over three months in the US, where filming has been going on for two years.
The plotline is set in 1856, and the plot of the season will follow the lives of Charlie, his wife, their son Nick, and their daughter Lucy.
Charlie and Lucy have lived in England for years now, but after a botched attempt to kill his sister-in-law, the family moves back to the U.S. to be closer to the family business.
However, they are forced to deal with the fallout from a violent feud between the Hunnam family and a rival family from England.
The three-part season will be broadcast in the UK on BBC1, and in the U, on Cinemax, the streaming service of AMC.
This marks the second time that Charlie Hunnam has been seen onscreen in the United States, following his debut in 2016’s The Man in the High Castle.
The show also stars Emily Blunt, who will be seen playing the role of the young girl Lucy.
The cast includes Matthew Modine, Ben Mendelsohn, Emily VanCamp, Anna Kendrick, and Will Arnett.
It will be the first time the British series will air on Cinemacast, as the streaming platform is set to release a new season of American drama American Crime Story: The People v.
O.J. Simpson on October 14.
Charlie Hunnicam is set for a second season of The Man In The High Castle, but has not yet been cast.
He will return to The CW’s drama The 100 on Oct. 24.
